Customising the learner platform

Required rights: access to Configuration.

This section covers the learner platform’s appearance: the name, the logo, the colours, the typography, the home page and the menu. Everything is set under Configuration → Customisation.

⚠️ These settings apply to the whole learner platform, mobile app and web access alike. A learner signing in from a browser sees the same identity as on mobile, whichever app you chose: even on grey label, once signed in the learner sees your logo and your colours.

The two articles in this section

What is not set here

  • The app’s name and icon in the stores depend on the choice between white label and Beedeez Training: see The mobile app.
  • Languages (default content language, learner fallback language) are set in General options.

Where the rest lives

The back office’s Customisation section has about ten sub-pages. Not all of them are about appearance, and they are documented where they serve:

Sub-pageWhere it is covered
General customisationVisual identity
MenuThe home page and the menu

White label appThe mobile app

QuestionnairesThe immediate and delayed evaluation questionnaires: see Evaluating a session

Legal notices also appear in that section, but they are not an appearance matter: see Security, GDPR and legal information. Avatars depend on points and are documented with gamification: Gamification and engagement.

Suppliers

The Suppliers sub-page is not an appearance setting: it is the register of your training subcontractors (providers, independent trainers, platforms). Each record carries four parts:

  • Identity: name, type, legal status, SIREN, SIRET, activity declaration number (NDA), intra-EU VAT number, address, website, contact.
  • Compliance: certification status, certifying body, certification and expiry dates, the certificate URL, and OPCO references.
  • Offering: the competency domains covered.
  • Contractual: contract type (training agreement, framework contract, purchase order), start and end dates, pricing model (per session, per learner, subscription), indicative rate, payment terms, and whether it is OPCO-fundable.

⚠️ Fill in your providers’ certificate expiry date. An expired certification at a subcontractor counts against you during your own audit. What the quality framework expects from this register is detailed in Certificates and documents.
