Following your team
Following your team
🚧 Coming soon. This page is being prepared and its content may still change.
As a team leader, you follow the learners of the groups you manage from the My team tab, directly in the application. You see how far each learner has got, which content the group has started, and who has stopped connecting, without opening the back office.
The tab shows the data of one group at a time. Everything described here is read-only: My team reports on activity, it does not change a learner’s rights or content.
Opening the tab and choosing a group
- Open the application and select My team in the menu.
- If you manage several groups, tap the group name at the top of the screen to open Select a group, then choose the group you want to follow.
The screen states how many learners and how much content the selected group contains, and reloads its figures each time you switch group.
💡 Tip: the figures always describe the group currently selected. Check which group is displayed before comparing two numbers.
Reading the group summary
At the top of the tab, three indicators summarise the whole group:
- Started: the content at least one learner in the group has opened.
- Completed: the content learners have finished.
- Succeeded: the content learners have passed, for content that has a pass condition.
A capsule without a quiz or any other scored activity can be completed but never succeeded. On this kind of content, Succeeded stays lower than Completed, and that gap is not a sign of failure.
Following learners
The Learners tab lists the members of the group. Sorted alphabetically by default, each row shows the learner’s name, their number of completed capsules and their last connection.
Four filters change the list:
- All: every learner in the group.
- Top users: learners ranked by number of completed capsules, then by time spent when two learners have completed the same number.
- Inactive: learners who have not connected for at least 30 days, plus those who have never connected.
- Not connected: learners who have never opened the application.
Use Not connected and Inactive in that order. A learner who has never connected usually has an access problem to solve, whereas a learner who has stopped connecting is a follow-up matter.
A learner whose account is due to expire carries the Soon to be deactivated mention with their expiry date, and one who has never opened the application carries Awaiting first connection.
Opening a learner’s detail
Select a learner to open their report. It shows their completed capsules, their success rate and their fail rate, calculated on the capsules they have completed, and their last connection.
The two rates are calculated on completed capsules only, not on everything assigned to the learner. A learner who has completed two capsules out of twenty can display a 100% success rate: read the rate together with the number of completed capsules, never on its own.
Following content
Two tabs report on content rather than on people.
- Capsules lists the capsules started by at least one learner in the group, and the capsules recommended to the group.
- Tracks lists the tracks in the same way.
Select a capsule or a track to see, learner by learner, who has started it, completed it and passed it. This is the view to use before a deadline on a mandatory training: it tells you which learners still have to be reminded.
A search field lets you find a piece of content by its title when the list is long.
When the tab is empty or missing
My team only appears for a learner who has been declared team leader of a group, and the tab must be enabled in the platform menu. A team leader must also belong to the group they manage: a leader who is not a member of the group does not see its data.
If the tab is missing, or a group you manage does not appear in the switcher, the setting is in the back office and cannot be fixed from the application. See Common problems for what to report, and Setting up a team leader for the settings themselves.
An empty Learners list on a group that does have members usually means the learners have never connected: check the Not connected filter before reporting a problem.
