Discovering the app
🚧 Coming soon. This page is being prepared and its content may still change.
The menu brings together all the sections of the app, from your content to your settings. Your company decides which tab are switched on and in which order they appear therefore, you won’t necessarily see all of those presented below. Some items only appear when they are relevant to you.
The tabs you usually find
- Home: your starting point. You will find what is distributed to you, the latest additions and the featured content.
- My progress: opens your profile, with a summary of your progress and the badges you have earned.
- Notifications: the notifications you have received in the app. A counter shows how many you have not read yet.
- Battles: the battles you have started or completed against a colleague. A counter shows the battles that are still waiting for your answers.
- On the job: the actions to carry out in the field. You mark an action as completed once you have done it, and some actions then have to be validated before they count as done. An action can carry a due date, and you can sort or filter your actions by that date.
- Search by code: scan a QR code to open the content it points to.
- Settings: your account and your app preferences.
The tabs that depend on your role
- My team: appears if you manage at least one group. You follow there the progress of the learners in your groups.
- Coaching: appears if you take part in a coaching programme, and gathers your skills assessments.
- Tips: appears if you are allowed to publish tips, and gathers the tips you have written.
The tabs your company switches on
- Rankings: where you stand compared with your colleagues.
- Contributors: the authors of the capsules you consult.
- Suggest quiz: propose a quiz question to your training contact, who validates it before it is published.
- Sessions: your training sessions, in person or remotely.
- AI Agents: a team of AI Agents, each with its own specialty. You choose the one you need: Recommendation, Consolidation, Q/A or Simulation.
- Training requests: flag a training need. This tab appears when a request form or a training you can express an interest in is available to you.
ℹ️ Good to know. Your company can also add its own personalised tab to the menu. Such a tab carries the name chosen by your company and opens the page or the external site it points to.
