AI Agents

Prerequisite: the AI Agents option switched on for your account by Beedeez, then AI Agents enabled under Configuration → Content → AI Agents. Rights required: Can access the AI Agents tab.

Learners reach the learning agents behind a single entry, AI Agents. This section covers switching them on, the material some of them need before they answer anything, and the faults that come up most.

What decides which page you open

Two agents answer nothing until you have built what they read: the Question Agent needs a QA Environment, the Simulation Agent needs a Simulation. Both objects are created under Animation → AI Agents, and each sub-tab only appears there once the matching agent is ticked in the configuration.

The Consolidation Agent and the Recommendation Agent are coming soon. Their pages state what each will do, but describe no settings yet.

If your question is about switching an agent on, about which groups reach it, or about the Allow the AI Agents to add information when it is not available in your data setting, it is all on one page: Configuration → Content → AI Agents.

Pages in this section

• Question Agent: answer learner questions from your content, and build the QA Environment that bounds what it reads.
• Simulation Agent: have the learner play out a situation, in writing or in voice mode.
• Configuring a simulation: the creation steps, from context to test run.
• Consolidation Agent: have a learner revise content already taken. This agent is coming soon.
• Recommendation Agent: point the learner at the content to take next. This agent is coming soon.
• Common problems: the agent that does not show up in the app, the one that declines to answer.

ℹ️ Two blocks of the configuration depend on extra options Beedeez switches on request: voice mode for simulations, and customising how the agents express themselves. Without those options the blocks are not displayed.
