Managing your account and preferences

🚧 Coming soon. This page is being prepared and its content may still change.

The Settings screen brings together everything you can adjust yourself: the language of the app, the notifications you receive, the display, the space the app uses on your device, and the way you log out.

The sections you see depend on your device and on the options your company has enabled, so you will not necessarily see all of the ones described here. They always appear in the order below.

Account

This section shows the account you are logged in with. Select See my profile to open your profile, where you can change your alias and your profile picture.

Information that comes from your company, such as your username or your email address, is not editable here. If it needs to be changed, ask the person who manages your training.

If your company has several visual themes, a Change your theme selector appears in this section.

Accessibility

This section carries a tag showing your company’s declared conformity level, for example Accessibility: partially compliant.

High color contrast. Strengthens the distinction between the text and the background. Useful in bright sunlight, on a worn screen, or if you have reduced vision.

Descriptive audio videos. Plays the audio-described version of a video when the content includes one.

Allow screen rotation. Lets the app be displayed in landscape mode. This switch is not shown in a browser.

When your company publishes an accessibility statement, a Read our accessibility declaration button opens it at the end of the section.

💡 Text size is set in your phone settings, not in the app. If you have enlarged the characters in your device settings, the app follows that setting, up to twice the normal size.

Language

Select language sets the language of both the interface and your content.

Select fallback language sets the language used when a piece of content does not exist in your main language. Without a fallback language, untranslated content does not appear in your list.

Notifications

Two switches decide how you are reached: Receive email notifications and Receive notifications on my phone. You can enable one, both, or neither.

⚠️ If nothing arrives on your phone even though the switch is enabled, check the notification permissions of the device itself. It can block them on its side, whatever this setting says.

Offline

This section only appears in the mobile app. Maximum disk space sets, with a slider, how much room the app may take on your device, up to 2 GB. Below the slider, Clear storage deletes the learning content already downloaded; you can download it again later.

For how downloading works and what it does not cover, see Offline mode.

Shared device mode

This section appears when your company allows shared devices. Activate shared device mode is the switch to enable if several people use the same phone or the same tablet, for example a company device left in the stockroom or in the workshop. Your progress then stays separate from that of your colleagues.

💡 On a personal device, leave this option disabled.

Note that Clear storage is not offered in the Offline section while shared device mode is on.

Analytics

This section contains a single switch, Help us enhance your experience by enabling this option., which you can turn on or off at any time. A Learn more link sits below it. The section is not shown when your company has disabled this tracking for everyone.

Opens your company’s terms, privacy policy and other legal documents.

Delete account

This section only appears when your company allows you to close your own account. The Delete my account button asks you to confirm, then deletes your account and your data and logs you out. The action cannot be undone.

Logging out and checking your last sync

At the bottom of the screen, the app shows Last synchronization and Last successful synchronization. The second date is the one to check when you want to be sure your progress has reached the platform, in particular after working without a connection.

The Log out button is next to these dates. On a shared device, log out at the end of your session so that the next person starts from their own account.

Going further

  • Offline mode: what the app downloads, and what stays unavailable without a connection.
  • Common problems: a notification that never arrives, progress that stays incomplete.
