Recommendation Agent

The Recommendation Agent is one of the learning agents planned for the AI Agents conversation in the learner app. Its role will be to point each learner towards the content already distributed to them, without ever widening what they are allowed to open. It is not operational yet.

🚧 Upcoming feature. The Recommendation Agent is coming soon. Until it is released, do not build a training plan around it and do not announce it to your learners. This page will describe its settings and its behaviour once it becomes available.

In the meantime: the other learning agents

The agents already covered in this section each have their own page:

• Question Agent: answer learner questions from your content.
• Simulation Agent: have the learner play out a situation, in writing or in voice mode.

Switching agents on and choosing which groups reach them is done in one place for all of them, under Configuration > Content > AI Agents.

Not to be confused with a capsule’s recommendations

The capsule editor offers a Recommendations block, with its Recommended capsules field, which shows at the end of a capsule the capsules you pick yourself. That mechanism is separate from the Recommendation Agent: it does not depend on the AI Agents and stays usable without them.
