Distinct from Setting up, which covers the pieces you switch on: app, identities, security, launch.
In deployment order
- Modelling your company org chart: decide, before creating anything, how your real organisation maps onto the platform’s structures.
- Understanding structure and permissions: departments, groups and permissions, the three mechanisms that decide what each person sees and can do.
- Assigning rights: create a permission template, apply it to people, edit or delete it.
- Groups and users: create the groups, add the users and manage them over time.
For multi-entity organisations
- Academies: walled-off content universes inside a single account, typically for multi-brand setups.
- Franchise mode: for mixed networks where company-owned outlets sit alongside franchised ones.
