How can you spot the most active users?

Your most active learners often have valuable advice, and you are right to want to find them! Here is how to identify them:

To identify the most active learners in your community, go to the back office, where you can analyse valuable information in the “Statistics” tab:

Global statistics

Nothing could be simpler: just go to the “Statistics” tab in your back office. Here you can create your own dashboard and your own filters to filter on a certain population to track:

  • Connection time and the number of learners connected per day/week/month, using the attendance curve (to analyse overall community attendance)
  • Top learners, where you will find the learners who have logged on to the platform the most, along with their connection times over the chosen period.
  • Learners activity rates, which show the number and percentage of learners who are very actives, actives and casuals.

On the user statistics side

A very simple way to track your most active learners and identify your top learner at a glance!

The “User statistics” tab gives you a sorted list of all your learners. You can rearrange the columns so that the data that interests you is the first column!
You will then be able to see:

  • Points earned, so you can see which learners have done the most capsules.
  • Time spent per learner on the platform, which will show you which learners have spent the most time on the platform.

💡 Now that you have identified them, think about promoting them! There are lots of ways of doing this: organize challenges accompanied by a communication campaign to highlight the “top learners”; turn them into real ambassadors to get them more involved in the project!
